What do I have to pay for this advice?
The monthly payments made into your arrangement will cover payments
to your creditors as well as the fees for preparing a successful
proposal and the fees for supervising the arrangement.
We will ask you to start paying your agreed contributions
before the IVA is approved. If the arrangement is accepted these
will be held to your credit in the arrangement. This means that
the arrangement may even finish early.
If the arrangement is not successful, the amount
you have paid into the arrangement will be invoiced for the work
done for you up to that point. We would also then discuss your remaining
alternatives.
